Thinking about Guatemala
It is 9 degrees outside (a heat wave from Wednesday when it was -8 degrees), and I'm thinking about traveling to Guatemala mid January. Forrest and I will travel with Karen and Jeff Hart and Patrick and Tim Cadotte to visit Steve and Jenni Norlin-Weaver. Steve has taken a position as principal of a middle school in Guatemala City. We will explore the city, school and countryside before returning to Minnesota. We met for a planning meeting and have our itinerary in mind, but just need to think about packing. We are eager to see this beautiful country and get a break from the cold.
